Coco and I
Kisses for my Coco

Hello! I am Alesha, a 24-year-old master's graduate who is passionate about two things in life: horses and photography. My journey into equine photography was paved with five years of learning and growth at Hartpury University. However, my love affair with horses began long before that, back in my hometown in France, some 14 years ago. I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with so many horses throughout my career, each with something so special to offer. There is nothing quite like the love and trust that a horse gives you. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to experience this bond daily with my precious mare, Coco, pictured here with me.

The beauty of the bond between a person and their four-legged companion is a never-ending source of inspiration for me. A gentle pat, a gentle nuzzle in return, a frown turned into a smile, a kiss on the nose, and a deep relaxing breath from both parties. The feeling of a secret between only the two of them, an unspoken pact. I see it in partnerships every day as much as I experience it myself. As the French say, "Il n'y a qu'un seul bonheur dans la vie, c'est d'aimer et d’être aimé"- there is only happiness in loving and being loved. This sentiment fuels my work, driving me to pay attention to the intimate details and emotions that enrich the equine-human connection.

With my camera in hand, I have the privilege of immortalizing those delicate moments that become lifetime memories for my clients. Memories are a cherished part of our lives, yet it is human nature to forget. I create a bespoke collection of photographs that tell my clients' unique stories, transforming them into albums and custom-made frames for them to treasure in their homes, reminding them every day of the love they share with their horses.
